We plan the tooling and manufacturing process together, based on your component geometry, technical requirements and production quantity.

Design Review & Mold Manufacturing

We review your geometry, surface requirements and expected quantities before selecting a tooling approach. Project-specific composite or aluminum molds are manufactured to suit the component and production process.

Laminado de prepreg & curado en autoclave

Prepreg is cut and laid according to the specified laminate and fiber orientations. The lay-up is vacuum bagged and cured under controlled autoclave temperature and pressure.

Trimming, Assembly & Inspection

After curing, parts are trimmed and drilled as required. Inserts, brackets and bonded assemblies can be integrated before inspection against the agreed project requirements.

CAD files and technical drawings are ideal. You can also start with reference images, scan data, an existing part or an initial concept. Include the intended use, expected quantity, key requirements and target timing where available.

Yes. We manufacture project-specific composite or aluminum molds for carbon fiber component production. The tooling approach depends on the part geometry, surface requirements and planned production quantity.

We consider industrial prototypes, small batches and repeat production. Suitability depends on the technical requirements and the tooling and manufacturing work involved, rather than quantity alone.

An NDA is available on request before you share confidential project information. Contact us first if you need an NDA or an alternative method for transferring files.
