We manufacture composite components for marine seating and other custom applications in Slovenia. Our work includes mould making, prepreg lay-up, autoclave curing, trimming and selected bonding and assembly operations, with the component specification agreed before production.

Components we can manufacture
Seat shells & seating components
Seat shells, back panels, end caps and covers manufactured to agreed drawings. We review trim lines, upholstery interfaces and attachment points before making the moulds.
Interior trim & covers
Visible carbon trim, decorative panels and equipment covers with agreed weave orientation, edge details and surface finish.
Custom moulded components
Project-specific carbon fibre or glass fibre components with CNC trimming, drilling, bonded inserts and agreed assembly operations.
Manufacturing around the finished installation
We review how each part interfaces with upholstery, support structures and neighbouring components. Tooling and trim lines are planned around the agreed dimensions, edge details and visible surfaces.
Material and coating requirements should reflect the intended location and exposure. Tell us whether the part will be fitted in an enclosed interior, a sheltered cockpit or an exposed location, and provide the relevant UV, moisture and cleaning requirements. We agree materials and finishing against that specification.
Repeat batches for scheduled builds
Forecasts help us reserve capacity and prepare repeat components ahead of individual boat builds. We can discuss batch quantities, common components across variants and delivery schedules.
