Our history
We started Custom Composite Solutions at the end of 2019, as we wanted to start offering custom composite solutions to potential clients.We are a young and ambitious team, based in Ljubljana, Slovenia, EU, which have vast amount of experiences with composite materials. CCS is a sister brand of Carbon2race – one of the leading brands of quality carbon fiber parts for motorcylces, which was started back in 2009. We work on regular basis with customers from all over the world – in fact we shipped more than 10000 pieces of our carbon products to more than 75 countries around the world. Our biggest markets are United States and East Asia, but we are also present in Canada, Germany, United Kingdom, and other EU countries.
What we do
At CCS we have offer various services in custom carbon fiber parts manufacturing from master model design, composite tooling manufacturing and custom products manufacturing. We have high expertise level in master model (plug) preparation, carbon fiber Prepreg layup, wet-layup, while we are also capable of making parts with resin infusion method.
